피고인은 2014. 8. 8. 20:00 경 서울 노원구 B에 있는 피해자 C(31 세) 이 운영하는 ‘D 식당 ’에서 짬뽕 밥을 주문하여 이를 먹던 중 미리 준비한 닭 뼈를 짬뽕 밥 안에 집어넣고 위 피해자를 불러 “ 짬뽕 밥에서 닭 뼈가 나왔으니 이빨 치료비 20,000원을 달라” 고 말을 하여 겁을 주었다.

As above, the Defendant attempted to have the victim attack and deliver 20,000 won for treatment expenses from the person suffering from drinking damage, but the victim failed to comply with such request and attempted to do so.
