A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From December 2014, the Defendant has established a relationship with the victim D (or 40 years of age) and from around 40 years of age, and there was frequent dispute with the victim on the wind that the victim had not completely organized the relationship with E that he had left before the Plaintiff.

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Intimidation against groups, deadly weapons, etc.);

A. Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with a deadly weapon.

B. At around 11:00 on March 19, 2015, the Defendant collected 1/1 copy (500 ml), which is a dangerous object in the back seat, while driving on the Dong Highway in the direction of Incheon in the vicinity of the Dong Highway, within the passenger car, and at the preceding night, the Defendant took away 15 mm in the back seat of the victim, which is an object dangerous to the back seat (15cm in the length of the knife) while driving on the Dong Highway in the direction of Incheon in the vicinity of the said orchard. The Defendant appears to have committed any harm to the life or body of the victim by stating that “The son would be dead.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
