A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:30 on January 28, 2016, the injured Defendant: (a) was at a place which is not located in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; (b) within a passenger car driven by the Defendant’s private village D; (c) the Defendant was on the top of the passenger car operation; (d) the victim E, who was in a relationship with the Defendant, was on board the back seat; (c) the Defendant was under the situation where the Defendant was at the time when the victim was at the time before boarding the said car; (d) the Defendant was informed of the fact that the victim was at the time when the victim was at the time before boarding the vehicle; (d) the victim was at the time when the victim was at the time of leaving the vehicle; (e) the victim’s face was taken by hand; (e) the victim’s b) the victim’s face was fluened by her hand; and (e) the victim’s face was cut back to the right 28-day balance when the victim was able by hand.

2. Special intimidation.

A. At around 05:00 on January 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) demanded the Defendant’s house located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu 102 Dong 302, 302 to prepare a written agreement of KRW 10 million on the victim E, such as paragraph (1), with regard to the Defendant’s assaulted by the Defendant; (b) the Defendant divided the agreement into a large amount of 10 million; and (c) expressed the same attitude that “The Defendant would inflict harm on the victim’s personal life by taking out the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

나. 피고인은 2016. 1. 30. 14:00경 인천 부평구 G건물 103동 401호 소재 위 피해자 E의 집에서, 피해자가 ‘헤어지자.’라고 말을 하였다는 이유로 주방에서 위험한 물건인 부엌칼(총길이 약 30cm)을 들고 거실로 나와 “죽어버리겠다.”라고 소리를 지르면서 위 부엌칼을 피고인의 손목에 대고 긋는 시늉을 하는 등 피해자의 신상에 위해를 가할 것 같은 태도를 보였다.
