A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. From around 02:00 on September 1, 2017 to around 02:10 on the same day, the Defendant entered a studio, which is a residence of the victim C and D (n, 25 years old) in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and the 102-10 on the same day, and infringed upon the Defendant’s body by entering the space between the stude and the studio building, which is not used for traffic to photograph the body of the women residing there

B. On September 1, 2017, around 03:11, 2017, the Defendant tried to open a door by putting the hand in the window cresh in order to photograph the body of women residing in the studio in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On September 1, 2017, around 04:27, the Defendant entered the space between the studio studio and the right studio in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, which is not used for traffic to photograph the body of the women residing therein, and infringed upon their residence.

(d)

On September 1, 2017, around 05:42, the Defendant opened a house gate and intruded into a house in order to photograph the body of women residing therein in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

From around 02:00 on September 1, 2017 to around 02:10 on the same day, the Defendant invadedd the victim D’s residence in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu C and 102 as described in paragraph (a), and attempted to take the victim’s body in his/her house by putting the cell phone with the Defendant’s camera function into the front window of the damaged person’s house, and by operating the screen function of his/her camera, and taking the body of the victim’s body in his/her house, but the victim tried to take the body of the victim’s body in his/her house by hearing the victim’s sound in his/her residence, and did not bring the victim’s attempt to stop taking the screen.

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to take video images against his will, using devices similar to the camera, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame.
