A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) set up a mobile phone from escalators located in the Gancheon-si, Seocheon-do, Gyeonggi-do, as a screen screen; (b) took the body and clothes of the victim as screen pictures by setting up the cell phone from the Esplate, which is located in the Gancheon-si, Seocheon-do, Seoul; (c) then, the victim’s name unexploited part and the body of the victim was taken nine times in total from the same day to August 31, 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.

2. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On August 15, 2016, around 20:00, the Defendant intruded with the entrance to take the body of the victim E (tentative name) in the F building located in Asan City, and entered the front corridor of the victim’s house.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

B. On August 15, 2016, around 22:36, the Defendant intruded into the entrance to take a body of the victim H (the name of the victim) in the I building located in Asan-si G and entered the front corridor of the victim’s house.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

On August 23, 2016, around 22:18, around 22:18, the Defendant intruded the entrance to take the body of the victim H (the name of the victim) in the I building where the victim H (the name of the victim) located, and entered the entrance to the front corridor of the victim's house.

3. On August 31, 2016, around 15:19, the Defendant invadedd a structure, and around 15:19, the Defendant came to a female toilet that is managed by the victims of the name in the second floor of the K University Industry-Academic Cooperation Center in Busan Metropolitan City, in order for women to have stolen the form of melting the side and photograph it.
