A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On June 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for public performance and obscene crimes in the wooden Branch of the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 28, 2016.

[Criminal facts]

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 01:57, when the Victim D (Woo, 28 years old) residing in Franpo City C, in order to peep the Victim at “E”, the Defendant opened a window and intruded the Victim’s dwelling on the studio 1st floor of the above studio in order to peep the Victim.

B. On May 17, 2017, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) opened windows from the studio 1studio 1st century and intruded the residence of the victim by pushing ahead with the face.

At around 09:00 on August 27, 2017, the Defendant, at the time of Mapopopopo-si, Gapo-si, G (n, 18 years of age) residing in F, “H” studio, reciting obscene images stored in a cell phone holding the window outside of the window 1st floor of the above studio, and then infringed upon the victim’s residence by using the said cell phone and displaying the hand from the window to the face of the victim who was divingd from the window.

On September 28, 2017, around 01:55, the Defendant: (a) went to the “K” studio in which the victim J (n, n, 24 years of age) was residing, and went to the “K” studio of the victim’s body seeking to take a bath on the alleyway adjacent to the window of the said studio room room, and (b) went to the victim’s residence by using the stud PC and inserting the hand into the window of the bathing room.

2. obscenity of a public performance;

A. On September 24, 2017, around 05:40 on September 24, 2017, the Defendant committed an obscene act by openly breaking the victim through the windows opened from the alleyway outside of the bud window of “N”, which is located in L at the time of Ma (n, 20 years of age).
