A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 25, 2014, the Defendant, at the Seoul Central District Court, sentenced the suspension of the execution of one year and six months of imprisonment for violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and was finally decided on April 8, 2015. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant treated the following psychotropic drugs (the term “clopon”; hereinafter referred to as “coponon”).

1. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from D in front of the C-Maintenance Factory located in Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, in the name of the purchase price for a philopon; and (b) delivered approximately 0.07 gramlopon to him/her for sale of a philopon.
2. On December 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around December 28, 2012, the Defendant: (b) received KRW 200,000 from D in front of the maintenance factory located in the Gyeongbuk-gun B, in the name of the purchase price for phiphones; and (c) sold approximately 0.14 grams of phiphones to that person.
3. On January 6, 2013, the Defendant, around January 6, 2013, sold 00,000 won from D under the pretext of the purchase price for philopon in the street near the Liuri-dong, Daegu-gu, the Defendant sold 0.14g of philopon to him.
4. On January 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around January 7, 2013, on the second bridge located in the Seoglung-gun, Seogyeong-gun, Seogdong-dong, the Defendant: (b) opened up KRW 200,00 from D as the purchase price for philop; and (c) sold approximately 0.14 grams of philopon to the Defendant.
5. On January 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around January 12, 2013, at a long-term store near the Daegu-gu Office of Deathing (Seoul-gu), 300,000 won from D under the name of the purchase price for phiphones; and (b) sold approximately 0.2654g of phiphones to the Defendant.
