Criminal facts
On October 15, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Dog District Court on April 7, 201, and completed the enforcement of the said sentence on April 7, 201 and is not a narcotics handler.
1. On June 13, 2012, the Defendant transferred 180,000 won to C the deposit account in the name of a new bank account in the name of C to C as the purchase price for psychotropic drugs, and around that time, purchased approximately 0.14 grams from C in a car parked on a road near the E Station in Osan-si D, Osan-si.
2. On June 19, 2012, the Defendant transferred 200,000 won to C as a deposit account of a new bank in the name of C to C, and around that time, purchased approximately 0.14 grams from C in a car parked on the road near the E Station located in Osan-si, Osan-si.
3. On July 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around July 30, 2012, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul F and 203, (b) 200,000 won, from C, under the name of the purchase price of penphones; and (c) granted C a approximately 0.14g of penphone
4. On August 24, 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu F and 203, received KRW 200,000 from C as the purchase price for writtenphones, and issued and sold approximately 0.14 grams to him.
5. On August 2012, 2012, the Defendant injectedd approximately 0.05 grams at the Defendant’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and 203, in a single-use injection machine, after dilution with raw water.
