A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall trade or smoke marijuana, and no person other than a handler of narcotics may receive or possess marijuana, he/she handles it as follows:
1. Purchasing marijuana;
A. On April 2014, 2014, the Defendant purchased marijuana from a passenger car parked in the vicinity of the Doro Park in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for the first time on April 2014, the Defendant purchased 160,000 won to C for the purchase price for marijuana and received approximately 2gs from C for the purchase price for marijuana.
B. On April 2014, the Defendant purchased marijuana from around the Doro Park in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, which was parked on the street around the Doro Park in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. On May 2014, the Defendant purchased marijuana, on the first of the early May 2014, the Defendant: (a) promised to pay KRW 1,80,00,00 to C in return for the promise of KRW 1,80,000 to C in the vicinity of the Doro Park in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for the purchase price for marijuana; and (b) obtained approximately 28,000,000,000 from
2. Sale of marijuana;
A. On April 201, 2014, the Defendant sold marijuana to the Seocho-gu Police on April 201, 201, received KRW 220,00 from D as the sales price for marijuana in the street in the vicinity of the Sail Station located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Salydong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant 1.
Delivery of about 2 g of marijuana purchased as stated in the paragraph and sold it.
B. On April 2014, the Defendant sold marijuana to a police officer on April 2014, 201: (a) was 50,000 won from D as the purchase price for marijuana in the street in the vicinity of the New River Station in Songpa-gu Seoul locked-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul; and (b) was 1-B to the Defendant.
Delivery of about 5 g of marijuana purchased as stated in the same paragraph and sold it.
C. Around May 6, 2014, the Defendant selling marijuana: around May 6, 2014, around KRW 500,000 as the sales price for marijuana from D in the street near the Newcheon Station in Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and from D.
