A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), as follows:

1. Sale of philophones;

A. On June 6, 2014, the Defendant, around Jun. 6, 2014, sold 00 million won from A to B for the purchase of philopon in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and issued approximately 0.6g of philopon to D for the purchase of philopon.

B. On June 2014, the Defendant sold Handphones to a police officer in the middle of 2014, from a house located in Ansan-si, Masan-si, a 300,000 won in the name of the purchase price of Handphones, and delivered approximately 0.6 g of Handphones to D and sold them.

C. On August 16, 2014, around August 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the “E hotel” in Ansan-si member C, Ansan-si; (b) at the “E hotel”; (c) 300,000 won from D as the purchase price for phiphones; and (d) issued and sold approximately 0.6g of phiphones to D.

2. Around August 19, 2014, the Defendant provided 0.4g of philophones without compensation to D in each trade in the heading bridge of Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On June 6, 2014, the Defendant, who administered a philophone on or around June 6, 2014, dump medication, dump in the mutual influorial telephone in Ansan-si C around Jun. 6, 2014, dump and dump with D, with a smoke that occurs due to heating the philophone into a philophone inhaler.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to administer philophones.

B. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) administered a philophone in the middle of July 2014, using a smoke that occurs from the mutual influencing telephones located in the Twit-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) by placing a philophones into the philophone inhaleing machine; and (c) heating into the philophones.

C. Around August 17, 2014, the Defendant, who administered phiphonephones, on or around August 17, 2014, was at the “E hotel” located in the member C in Ansan-si, Ansan-si around August 17, 2014.
