A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2017 Highest 1523] From around 11:40 on September 19, 2017 to 12:10 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s operation of the restaurant by force by avoiding the disturbance, such as: (a) holding the victim’s cafeteria in a de facto marital relationship with E and the victim in a de facto marital relationship; and (b) holding the victim’s gate “Sewn and Gewn,” on the ground that it is doubtful that the victim and E are in an inhuman relationship with the victim; and (c) holding the victim’s gate in a de facto marital relationship with the victim.

The Defendant: (a) from around 10:00 on October 30, 2017 to around 10:20 on the same day from around 10:0 on the same day to around 10:20 on an OO restaurant operated by the Victim F; (b) requested the Victim’s husband G to return home from the victim’s her husband while under the influence of alcohol; and (c) whether the Defendant interfere

“Along with the sound, the customer was fluent with his hand, and the customer expressed “a Chewing flusium,” and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as threatening the customer out of the restaurant, and threatening the victim to be flusent.

From around 12:00 to 12:30 of the same day, Defendant 1: (a) sought again in the above OO restaurant; (b) made customers out of the restaurant by referring to “Chewing gue” to the customers outside the restaurant; and (c) took the victim’s bath to “Chewing gue” to restrain the victim from doing so; and (d) interfere with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as threatening the victim as he would in drinking, thereby interfering with the victim’s restaurant business.
