Punishment of the crime

On February 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Western District Court on February 16, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence on September 4, 2013 at the Seoul Western District Court.

1. The Defendant,

A.
