Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the representative director of J in Dongdu City I.

1. The Defendant, on November 30, 2010, received a decision from the Seoul High Court to permit temporary shareholders of the said company (2010Ra1279), and accordingly, sent a notice of convening a meeting of the board of directors to the shareholders of the said company on December 17, 2010, and each notice of convening a meeting of the board of directors on December 14, 2010, and the Defendant was likely to dismiss the Defendant from the office of the representative director at the meeting of the board of directors held immediately following the appointment of directors and auditors in excess of a majority of the total number of stocks of the said company.

On December 22, 2010, the Defendant: (a) obtained permission from the court on December 11, 2010; (b) held a temporary general meeting of shareholders held in the 7th floor M of the L2cheon-si L2cheon-si, as if the Defendant was appointed as a director P, outside director, Q, R, and auditor; (c) prepared the minutes of a false temporary general meeting of shareholders as if Q, R, and auditor were appointed as a director; and (d) drafted a copy of the application for registration to change the above company stating such false facts.

After that, at around 11:32 on the same day, the Defendant submitted the minutes of the provisional shareholders' meeting that were falsely prepared at the 284-1 Government District Court Dongcheon District Court of Dong-gu, 284-1, the above-mentioned minutes to the person who was unaware of the circumstances, and made it recorded the false facts in the corporate register, which is a public electronic record.

2. On December 22, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around 11:32, 201, at the Government District Court 284-1, Dongbcheon District Court, Dongbcheon District Court: (b) had a registry official, who is aware of the fact of mistake, keep the register in his place as if the true contents of the register were recorded; and (c) exercised it.

3. The defendant shall prepare a qualification certificate; and
