Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. False entry, false entry, and electromagnetic records;

A. On March 2010, the Defendant received a proposal from a disguised marriage hub B to offer compensation for disguised marriage.

Accordingly, on June 9, 2010, the Defendant submitted a false marriage report, etc. to the public official in charge who is aware of the circumstances as if he/she was married with Vietnam, and had him/her enter false facts in the family relation registration information system, which is a public electronic record, and exercised it immediately.

B. Around June 2012, the Defendant received a proposal from the above B to make a false birth of a Vietnam-born baby to her friendly, and then accepted the offer of payment if she left Vietnam.

Accordingly, on June 20, 2012, the Defendant prepared a false birth report by pretending it to D (Nam and E) born between Vietnam and the above division, and submitted it to the public official in charge who is aware of the circumstances to the public official in charge, which made the Defendant enter false facts in the family relation registration information system, which is a public electronic record, and exercised it immediately.

2. Any person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall not invite a foreigner to enter the Republic of Korea by fraudulent means, such as making a false entry of the fact or providing a false reference, and shall not apply for the issuance of a false visa.

A. Nevertheless, the Defendant filed a false report of marriage with C as described in the foregoing 1. Paragraph (1) and then prepared a marriage relation certificate, employment certificate, etc. necessary to apply for an entry visa even though he was well aware that the actual purpose of entry of C was employment, and then bromaned to the above C through Bromoer. The above C was on Jun. 20, 2010.
