Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.

The Defendant for smoking marijuana from August 2014 to the end of the same year.

9. At around 23:00, the defendant, who stops at the seat of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (0.1g) a stop of rash trees after a hotel located in the amb in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, shall dye the hemp plant for one minute (0.1g) of the hemp plant on the paper of tobacco and make it dye with F.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, smoked marijuana.

B. The Defendant engaged in the trade of marijuana from September 8, 2014 to the same month.

9. Cetween 22:00, at around 22:00, stopped in the vicinity of the rake hotel located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, and received approximately 4.50,000 won to F and approximately 3g of the hemp in the vehicle of soflur.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded marijuana.

C. On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) parked in the H Hospital parking lot located in Songpa-gu Seoul Police Officer G, and (b) placed the hemp once (0.1g) in the pipe in the pipe; and (c) made the postponement first by putting it in the pipe; and (d) given 1 (18 years old) who was a minor on board the said vehicle, the Defendant sent it to J, and made him a stop in order.

Accordingly, the defendant provided marijuana to the minor I and J, and smoked marijuana in collusion with I and J.

From around that time to November 19, 2014, the Defendant provided marijuana to I and K, who is a minor, in the same manner eight times as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and provided marijuana to B, J, and smoked in collusion with B, I, J, and K.

The driver of any motor vehicle in violation of the Road Traffic Act shall be prohibited from driving a motor vehicle in a state that he/she is not likely to drive a motor vehicle normally due to overwork, disease or drug, or other reasons.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from November 19, 2014 to 20:30 on the same day, shall do so to the Bluth City of Gyeonggi-do.
