Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, who imported marijuana, confirmed the method of seeking marijuana in the Thailand through the Internet portal site’s Google, and was willing to purchase marijuana from November 23, 2014 to December 28, 2014 while travelling to Thailand cocks and Pacifics.

E. At around 11:00 on February 9, 2015, the Defendant smoked marijuana by attaching approximately 1g of the hemps to strawing sphers on the front roof of the above Defendant’s house to strawing spherf to smoke.
3. The Defendant possessing marijuana: (a) from December 28, 2014 to February 10, 200:10, the Defendant divided approximately 240 gs of the hemp plant into the troke and pets within the troke of the said Defendant’s house.
