Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 22, 2011, the Defendant, against the victim B, called the victim B, who is the wife of the Defendant-friendly Gu, to the effect that “The Defendant would purchase television, washing machines, washing machines, cooling machines, home weatherers, and emitting machines, with his work as the head of the Gu-U.S. ELP factory.”

In fact, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to purchase home appliances more at a higher price than the market price because there was no friendly tool working as the head of the department in the old EL branch.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 4,410,000 from the Defendant’s national bank account (C) on November 22, 2011, for the purpose of purchasing the said household appliances from the victim, via the transfer of KRW 3,540,000 on December 15, 201, and KRW 370,000 on December 22, 201, and KRW 50,000 on December 22, 201.

2. 피해자 D에 대한 사기 피고인은 2011. 12. 말경 대구 중구에 있는 롯데백화점에서, 피해자 D에게 “내 친구가 LG전자 자재과에서 텔레비전 만드는 일을 하는데, 김치냉장고를 사원 앞으로 싼 가격에 판매하는 것이 있다고 하니까 그 친구를 통해 김치냉장고를 사면 27인치 텔레비전도 공짜로 끼워준다, 나도 한 대 샀는데 너무 좋다, 두 대가 있으니까 할 사람 있으면 소개하라”라고 거짓말하였다.

In fact, the Defendant did not have any intention or ability to purchase home appliances at a higher price than the market price due to the lack of a friendly tool between the Gu and the Gu and the ELE.

Nevertheless, the Defendant belonged to the above victim and was transferred KRW 1,140,000 each to the national bank account (C) in the name of the Defendant’s name on January 4, 2012 from the above victim and D-friendly job offers E, with KRW 570,00,00.
