Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, “2014 Highest 537,” are employed by Defendant A as an employee of Samsung Electronic Transportation Co., Ltd.

In 2010, there was a retirement from the company in 2010, and there was no work as a full-time employee for the neighboring persons, and there was a work in the Samsung electronic high-ranking position, and there was a false statement as to purchase the household electric product at a lower price than the market price, and there was a conspiracy to acquire money.

Accordingly, around June 5, 2013, Defendant B made a false statement to the victim F (hereinafter “E Hague shop”) at the “E Hague shop” located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, stating that “I would purchase one cooling machine, 1 television, and 1 television from among the electronic equipment allocated to the employees of the company at a much lower price than the market price.”

However, the Defendants did not have the intent or ability to purchase goods on behalf of the victim.

The Defendants deceptioned the victim as above and received 2,300,000 won from the post office account under the name of the Defendant B as the price for goods on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants conspired, from around that time to December 2, 2013, received total of 38,700,000 won from the victims through the same method 19 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

The Defendants of the 2014 Highest901 work as C’s employee who Defendant A works as an employee of Samsung Electronic Transportation Cooperative.

Accordingly, on August 10, 2013, Defendant B may purchase G apartment in Gwangju Mine-gu, 208 Dong 102, and Samsung Electronic Products at low prices, and Defendant B’s victim H (W, 42 years old) and H.
