Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiffs in the status of the parties are the contractors who jointly contracted for the construction of the second phase of government office building in Sejong-si and the construction of the second phase of government office building (hereinafter "the construction of this case") ordered by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety to which the defendant belongs, and the defendants are the contractors of the above construction.
The plaintiffs' equity ratio is 40%, 18%, 18%, 18%, 18%, 18%, 18%, 18%, 5%, 5%, and 6%, 5%, 5%, and 5%, respectively.
B. (i) The instant construction project is a lump sum method of design and construction, and the Defendant, through the Public Procurement Service, publicly announced that the instant construction project will be tendered through a package bid (design & construction package tender) under the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party, and the Plaintiffs determined the representative contractor of the joint supply and demand company as Plaintiff DaS Construction Co., Ltd., and participated in the said tender and was selected
As to the instant work with the Defendant, the Plaintiffs concluded the first contract for construction works with the Defendant, the contract amount of KRW 10,00,000,000 for the total construction period, KRW 178,795,100,00 for the total construction period, and KRW 178,795,100 for the total construction period, and the date of commencement, November 18, 201, the date of completion, February 10, 201, the date of completion, and KRW 16,986,260,587 for the total construction period, KRW 178,79,00 for the total construction period, KRW 178,795,00 for the total construction period, KRW 178,95,00 for the total construction period, KRW 30,00 for the total construction period, KRW 136,00 for the construction work completion on February 13, 2012, KRW 16,3016.
Article 22(1) of the Civil Procedure Act provides that the part related to this case among the tender guide, the general conditions of the contract, and the special conditions of the contract shall be as specified in the attached Table.
