At around 08:00 on August 29, 2019, the Defendant driven the breab while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.131% of alcohol concentration at the section of approximately 1.5 km in front of the mountain basin located in the Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and the front of the mountain basin located in the same Gu C.
