Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.117% on blood alcohol concentration at around 04:08, driven B non-land automobiles at approximately 300 meters from the road to the 300-meter front of the Choco in Busan Shipping Daegu, while driving on the road from the 10-round Busan Metropolitan City.
