When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 28, 2015, at around 21:13, the Defendant started from the vicinity of the SK Sports Center located in the Southern-gu, Ulsan-gu, GTS125 U.S.A., while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.139% of blood alcohol concentration at around 1.5km in the vicinity of the same month, the Defendant driven BTS125 U.S.
