A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:30 on September 26, 2013, the Defendant driven a 649cc valid coarcison, without a motorcycle driver’s license, at a section of approximately 3 km from the front side of the mountain basin in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu to the front side of the same sea route.

2. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the defendant has driven the motor vehicle on the same date and time as, and at the same place as, the preceding paragraph without mandatory insurance.
