A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on public toilets, which are public places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

Around 22:50 on March 4, 2014, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body that may cause sexual humiliation or shame by inserting the partitions from the above women’s exclusive toilets, using his handphone camera, and photographing the body of the victim who might cause sexual humiliation or shame against his/her will.

around 01:30 on April 6, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 2712,” left the victim who was under drinking while drinking and playing alcohol in the stude in the F room located in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S., and U.S. E, and committed an indecent act by taking advantage of the victim’s state of non-performance, by cutting the victim out of the stude and panty of the victim who was under drinking while drinking.
