A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:00 on May 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Influence in public places) went into the Central Park Women’s Toilets at the center of 264 Doducheon-si and entered the toilet space, and the victim C (Influence, 30 years of age) entered the front space of the Defendant’s face below.
