A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at around 00:0, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. without obtaining a driver’s license from an influench (hereinafter referred to as the “influent drive”) to an influence 1-3, 1-3, 200, and the front road of the vehicle registration office.

2. On April 11, 2015, the Defendant damaged special public goods: (a) on the road in front of the foregoing vehicle registration office, “A police officer belonging to the member police station, who was reported and sent after having received 112 that the driver would drink on the road; (b) has parked two patrols in front and rear the said one in order to prevent the Defendant from escape; and (c) a slope D requests the Defendant from getting off the said one by getting off the said one while getting off the said one; (d) it is difficult to find out the fact of driving without obtaining a license, etc. of the said one; and (e) it is difficult for the said one to have the front 32 of the Ebox 13,468 staff of the Ebox 13,468 staff of the Ebox 13,468 staff of the repair costs; and (e) the two front 1,300 staff of the said one’s bus 1,410 staff of the repair patrol.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous goods, damaged the two patrols, which are goods used by public offices, respectively.
