1. Around 14:10 on June 13, 2013, the Defendant driven a D-coo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 40km from the shooting distance in front of the G-nam University located in the C-U.S. Simpo-gu, Simpo-gu, Simpo-si, Simpo-si to the front road of the J-U.S. high school located in the G-U.S., Simpo-gun.
