A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a observer car in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act, and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act;

On January 20, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license on January 20, 2015, operated the said car that was not covered by mandatory insurance, and led the Defendant to turn to the left from the right edge to the steering line on the right side from the right edge of the margin distance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the left as it is, and instead, received the front part of the victim C (Nam, 17 years old) driving 125 cc, which was going directly from the opposite direction of the Defendant's running in front of the above passenger vehicle of the Defendant.

The Defendant received, by such occupational negligence, approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim C, a scambling, etc., and at the same time damaged the victim E to have approximately KRW 2,150,000 of the repair cost.

2. Illegal uttering of official documents;

A. The Defendant, upon receiving a report at the time and place under paragraph (1), presented the Defendant’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Busan Provincial Police Agency, which was a public document in possession, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s driver’s license. The Defendant denied the official document by presenting that he was the Defendant’s driver’s license.

B. On February 18, 2014, the Defendant is suspected of violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents in relation to the accidents under paragraph (1) at a high police station’s office located in the Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, Sung-gun.
