A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 31, 2020, the Defendant, at around 17:34, to purchase marijuana from a non-maririju seller known at the “B” website, and 0.131BT bitco, the bitco, is not a legal currency, and thus, the ISO code (International Standardization Organization) code is not assigned.

The BTC is generally used as a non-official code indicating bitco, and it is intended to specify the BTC unit as the BTC unit, as stated in the facts charged in the indictment.

(Korean 1,39,342 won was transmitted, and approximately 15g of marijuana set up by the said seller in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, and purchased approximately 52,420,396g of the total amount of 54 times from March 27, 2016 to January 31, 2020, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. Around 18:00 on February 10, 2020, the Defendant smokeed marijuana: (a) after cutting the tobacco smoke from the building D and E residential areas of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) putting the tobacco smoke into the math of marijuana; (c) putting the smoke in the math of marijuana; and (d) smoking in a way of smoking the smoke.
