A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than a person handling narcotics, shall trade or smoke marijuana, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

Around July 2019, the Defendant and B conspired to purchase marijuana on the Internet, and the Defendant granted B money as the purchase price for marijuana, and B, on July 10, 2019, by accessing D, using the Internet virtual currency exchange C wallets, and transmitting 0.01738459 bC (Korean Won 266,836 won) to D, and purchasing marijuana in a manner of carrying the hidden marijuana at a location where the said names were known to the said holders.

At around 22:00 on July 16, 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way that he/she collected the hemp in a fluencing manner by inserting paper with B along with G parks located in the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in which he/she collected the hemp in a fluencing manner by inserting the hemp in a fluencing manner, attaching the fluencing machine with the stringer, and then inhales it on August 31, 2019 at the Defendant’s residence located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H around 14:0, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a manner that inhales it with the pipe by inserting the flucing the smoke.
