A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The part of the facts charged was revised to the extent that it does not affect the defendant's defense right.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. The Defendant, who purchased marijuana, sent bitcos to the bitcos address known by the seller of marijuana on his/her name and influence at the Da Web “B” and “C” website, was willing to purchase marijuana using the bitcos method (in the form of a non-face-to-face transaction to be collected by the buyer if the seller conceals narcotics and informs the buyer of the concealed place).

On May 29, 2019, around 17:31, 2019, the Defendant connected to the “F” of the virtual currency exchange at the Defendant’s residence of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building E, and sent 0.05 BTC (G) to the address (G) of B, a bitco-in known by the seller of marijuana at the Dac Web site, and then sent the following year.

5. From 00:00 to 01:00, the Plaintiff purchased marijuana by collecting 4g of marijuana concealed at an insular location in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, as indicated in attached Table 1, including the purchase of marijuana, from December 6, 2017 to May 30, 2019, the Plaintiff sent a total of KRW 6,557,914 over 14 occasions from December 6, 2017 to May 30, 201, and purchased marijuana by collecting 43g in total.

2. Around October 23, 2019, the Defendant: (a) removed the smoke plant inside the tobacco located in the said Defendant’s residence; (b) removed the smoke plant in the said Defendant’s residence; and (c) smoked by inserting the marith’s frith by inserting the smoke, and attaching the smoke thereto.

1. The Defendant, who purchased marijuana, sent bitcos to the bitcos address known by the seller of marijuana (one-time “H”) in the name and influench’s transaction site “C”, and then collected by the buyer if the seller conceals narcotics, etc. and then the concealed place is known to the buyer.
