Punishment of the crime

H decided to raise money by opening a Handphone using a forged resident registration certificate and selling Handphones, and referred to Defendant B and Defendant C to raise a person to directly open a Handphone, and Defendant C introduced Defendant A to H.

Defendant

A on December 2, 2013, in the vicinity of the Guro-gu telephone station in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, H was placed in a copy of his counter-name photo.

Accordingly, H forged the resident registration certificate by inserting the above photograph taken by Defendant A into the other person’s resident registration certificate in an irregular way, and then conspired to acquire the Handphone from Defendant A by using a forged resident registration certificate that Defendant A entered into the Handphone agency and opened the Handphone in the other person’s name. The Defendants are waiting outside of Defendant B or Defendant C in the process of opening the Handphone under the other person’s name. If Defendant A transferred the Handphone to Defendant B or Defendant C through Defendant B or Defendant C, H attempted to acquire 30,000 won to Defendant A per Handphone, and 50,000 won to Defendant B or Defendant C.

1. On December 17, 2013, Defendant A, Defendant B, and H committed the crime committed by Defendant A, and Defendant B and H: (a) around 19:20 on December 17, 2013, at an agency of “EL Plus” working for the victim J on the 1st and the first floor of the Mayang-gu Mandong-gu 19:20 on December 17, 2013; (b) H forged the resident registration certificate with a photograph of Defendant A on the resident registration certificate of the Daejeon-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City, where a photograph of Defendant A is fixed on the resident registration certificate, and said certificate was forged; and (c) Defendant A presented the forged resident registration certificate to the victim as if he were actually issued to the victim; and (d) Defendant B made a written application for subscription stating the personal information, etc. of K outside the said agency.

However, Defendant A, Defendant B, and H are the personal information of K.
