At around 14:30 on February 14, 2014, the Defendant used a forged resident registration certificate on a total of 32 occasions from January 6, 2014 to February 24, 2014, when opening a Handphone in the name of “I” Handphone in the name of “E”, and presenting the resident registration certificate of “I” with respect to the forged E, as if it was duly formed, to use it, and as indicated in the attached list of crimes (2).
