1. On August 2013, Defendants A, C, D, and E’s co-principal offenders forged their resident registration certificates by attaching the Defendants’ photographs to other persons’ resident registration certificates, and subsequently, Defendant A, B, C, D, and E conspired in order to dispose of the devices that opened and received a mobile phone in the name of another person and sold the devices under the name of another person, as if they were the holders of resident registration certificates.

Around August 2, 2013, Defendants forged public document documents, as mentioned above, and Defendant E and D sent their resident registration certificates with their pictures attached to Defendant C through Defendant C, and Defendant E and D sent copies of Defendant E and D resident registration certificates via the Internet to M, and M forged forged one resident registration certificates by means of attaching Defendant E’s photograph to N’s resident registration certificates using computers, printing machines, etc. on the Internet.

Accordingly, the Defendants, in collusion with M, forged the resident registration certificate of N, an official document, and forged the other’s resident registration certificate in the same way five times from around that time to August 6, 2013, as shown in the attached crime list (1).

B. On August 2, 2013, the Defendants were willing to open a mobile phone using a forged resident registration certificate.

Accordingly, Defendant B received a forged resident registration certificate from Defendant B and delivered it to Defendant A. Defendant C, Defendant C and D moved Defendant E and D to a mobile phone agency by putting them on their own vehicle, Defendant D is searching for the surrounding areas prior to Defendant E’s agency’s application for mobile phone membership at the agency, and Defendant E is called “P” in Silhh City using a forged resident registration certificate which was dryed by Defendant C.
