A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

When the Defendant informed of the standard of 10,00 won of the Bank of Korea notes through Internet search while living and stored them on computers. On April 2015, the Defendant, at his home, stored 10,00 won of the Bank of Korea note 10,000 in a computer, which was secured through the Internet search, for the purpose of exercising at one’s own house, and forged three copies (one thousand won number: C) of the Bank of Korea note 10,000 in a way of printing out 10,000 won of the Bank of Korea note 10,000, which was confirmed in advance by using a local printer, in accordance with the upper part of the original page.

2. Counterfeiting counterfeited currencies;

A. On April 19, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant purchased food at the window of F operation near the E-cafeteria located in Jingu, Busan, and exercised the right as if he were genuinely closed one copy of the Bank of Korea note 10,00 won which was forged as described in paragraph (1).

B. On April 26, 2015, around 21:30, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (1), posted a forged 10,00 won paper 2 as if it were a genuine paper of the Bank of Korea note 10,00,000 won paper 20 copies of the Bank of Korea note 1,00 won paper 1,00 won paper 20.
