Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed with the intent to use 10,000 won in the Bank of Korea notes, while showing a video image that created forged papering by accessing the Internet’s website.
On March 3, 2017, the Defendants connected Defendant A’s accommodation, H, 221, and Defendant A’s Internet “Gugle” to his own Nowon-do computers, followed by downloading KRW 10,00,00 in front and back pages of the Bank of Korea notes, and printed out the back page to A4 by editing them into the same site, and then in front, back and back of the copy of the copies of the original paper as seen above, and forged Chapter 4 of the Bank of Korea notes by attaching them as an industrial exploitation.
As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge the abolition of the Republic of Korea used for the purpose of exercising the rights.
2. On March 9, 2017, at around 00:33, the Defendant: (a) taken a taxi on the taxi platform operated by JJ, Inc., a company operating by I from the taxi platform of an apartment apartment that is located in Gandong-gun, Gandong-gun, Gandong-gun, and (b) exercised this by delivering 10,000 won of the forged Bank of Korea Notes to the said I, as if the 10,000 won of the forged Bank of Korea Notes was duly formed.
3. On March 10, 2017, around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) boarded a U.S. military unit’s access to the taxi in front of his/her dwelling; (b) went on the taxi operated by the U.S. military unit M; and (c) used the forged 10,000 won forged 10,000 won, as genuine, on the road front of the restaurant located in Young-gu, the purpose of which was to be used; and (d) exercised it.
