A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Along with August 29, 2014, the Defendant demanded the filling of transportation cards equivalent to KRW 20,000 at the F convenience store located in Ansan-si during the period of Ansan-si, and upon demanding the filling of transportation cards equivalent to KRW 20,000,000, the Defendant: (a) issued a forged one copy of the Bank of Korea note (No. AE 088611C) to employees G who are not aware of the fact under the foregoing Article; (b) issued a genuine paper of the said Article to the victim G; (c) obtained the transportation cards by deceiving the victim by such means to charge KRW 20,000,000, and (c) obtained the pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 50,000,000,000.

Defendant including this, from that time,

9. up to 13. A total of 50,00 won or KRW 10,00,000, as described in the attached list of crimes, were exercised, respectively, and acquired a total of 2,10,000 won or KRW 5,00,00,000.
