A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2004, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Northern District Court, and was sentenced to imprisonment for a year and six months for the same crime at the same court on October 31, 2006, and was sentenced to imprisonment for a year and six months for the same crime on October 2, 2008, and was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of nine years for the same crime on August 7, 2009 at the same court on August 7, 2009, and was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of three years for the same crime at the Seoul Northern District Court on December 13, 2012, and completed the execution of the last sentence at the Chuncheon prison on May 1, 2014.

1. On November 19, 2015, the Defendant found one-time cargo vehicle of the victim D, parked without being equipped with corrective devices in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the street around November 15:20, 2015, and opened a door to the vehicle, one and five credit cards, one bank debit card, one debit card, and one driver's license.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit, and fraud;

On November 19, 2015, around 15:40 on November 19, 2015, the Defendant purchased 85,000 won or more at the “K” store operated by the victim J in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and offered the victim a debit card of D, which was stolen, as in paragraph (1) above, as if it were one’s card.
