A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2013Gohap7] The Defendant assaulted the back head of the Victim E (age 2) on September 4, 2012 within the D store located in Asan-si C on September 19:40, 2012, when he/she was unable to discern things or make decisions due to shock disorder.

[2013] The Defendant is unable to discern things or make decisions due to shock disorder, etc., while the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions:

1.(a)

On October 11, 2012, at the mobile phone agency No. 115 of the F Building 16:00 Asan City, the victim G laid one debit card of the bank bank against the customer and consulted with the customer; and

B. On the 13th 21:00 of the same month, at Asan City H restaurants of the third floor of the F building, a male slopenet was opened and cash of 200,000 won and in cash of 200,000 won of the wall value of the victim I owned by the victim, they were stolen with a resident registration certificate, a motor vehicle driver's license, agricultural cooperative and a debit card of a new bank;

2.(a)

On October 11, 2012, K in theJ of Asan City around 17:00, purchased one 1,550 won at the market price, and as above, presented the stolen G-owned debit card to an employee in the name non-payment as the Defendant’s card, thereby acquiring economic benefits and using stolen debit cards;

B. At around 17:34 of the same day, between the J of Asan-si and the front day of the Mju point in Asan-si, by presenting the stolen G-owned debit card to the Defendant, as if he was the Defendant’s card, to settle the amount of 11,400 won, and used a stolen debit card;

C. At around 17:56 on the same day, at the Mju point in Asan City L, a stolen G-owned debit card was presented before drinking alcohol, as if it were the Defendant’s card, and 100,000 won was first settled.
