A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had intellectual disability that shows symptoms, such as the injury of early illness, depression, and recognition function degradation (I Q 49). The Defendant committed the following crimes in a state that the above mental disorder lacks the ability or decision making ability to discern things due to such mental disorder.

1.
