Punishment of the crime

[2] The Defendants, on December 12, 2012, conspired with F and G (one name “H”) to acquire money worth KRW 70 million from the victim E by deceiving the Defendant as a security for a forged resident registration certificate, despite the fact that Defendant A did not have concluded a lease contract with a lessor with respect to 116 Dong 1503, Nam-gu, Incheon, Incheon, by inserting Defendant A’s photograph into the resident registration certificate of J, and by deceiving the Defendant as if he provided a forged resident registration certificate as security for a lease deposit for the said real estate.
