Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants did not directly purchase the so-called C Poskers car in distribution of the so-called large-type lane from D, the Defendants were willing to purchase the said car directly to the victims E, and deceiving them as if they could transfer their ownership.

1. On March 31, 2016, the Defendants in fraud are vehicles purchased from a person who owns the vehicle directly, and there is no problem at all, at the time of the Defendant’s phone call to the victim E.

With respect to the above vehicles, ownership transfer can be made after two to three months.

“The purpose of “ was to make a false representation.”

However, in fact, the above vehicle is not a vehicle directly purchased by Defendant A from its owner, but a third party in the name in the name was entrusted with the above vehicle as a security before the Belgium. Thus, even if the injured party purchased the above vehicle, the Defendants did not have any intention or ability to use, profit from, or transfer the ownership of the above vehicle to the victim.

From the victim on March 31, 2016, the Defendants received KRW 1.5 million in total from the Defendant’s bank account (F) in the name of Defendant B, and KRW 8.5 million in total from April 1, 2016 to the said account at around 10:55 on April 1, 2016.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to attract the victim to receive the goods.

2. On March 2016, the Defendants forged private documents indicated as “D”, “I”, “Focus 2.0 TT”, “C” in the vehicle number column, and “D” in the signature column of each letter of signature, in the column of the debtor’s “B standard contract for loan transaction” with the scus flick-type G in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, and the resident number column, “I” and “I million won per day (10,00,000)” in the loan amount column, and on March 31, 2016, “Focus 2.0 TT”, the vehicle number column, and each letter of signature.
