Defendant

A is a seller of livestock products that operates 'D' in Gangwon-gun Group C, and Defendant B is a person who runs Kwikset delivery business in the wholesale market of livestock products in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government with the trade name of "F".

1. In cases where a distributor of livestock products A directly transports livestock products he/she distributes and sells, he/she shall maintain the condition of freezing or freezing;

Nevertheless, the Defendant purchased 10 companies, including the “H” located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the aim of reducing transportation costs, to transport the meat sold in the above “D” by means of express bus freight delivery for which the condition of cooling or freezing is not maintained for the purpose of reducing transportation costs.

On January 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transported a small bus terminal in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, located in 50, a river basin in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) transported a large amount of KRW 108.5km, which was purchased from the above “H, in a air package, to a high speed bus terminal in which the condition of cooling or freezing is not maintained; and (c) transported the large weight of the small bus from the above day to August 12, 2016 in a high speed bus terminal in which the air condition is not maintained; and (d) transported the cargo in which the air condition is not maintained, and the air condition is not maintained, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

2. At the time, place, and the date, time, place specified in paragraph (1) above, and at the request of A with knowledge that the above A transports the meat by means of high-speed bus freight delivery, the Defendant Party B transported the meat amounting to 108.5kg, which he purchased from “H” located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the Dong Seoul Terminal located in 50, the river basin in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, using a freezing tower in which the Defendant operates, and then loaded it into the high-speed bus freight space in the high-speed bus transit from January 2, 2015 to August 12, 2016, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
