Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On June 13, 2012, the Defendants were sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court. On December 18, 2012, the Incheon Detention House completed the enforcement of the sentence.
In addition, Defendant A had the record of being subject to juvenile protective disposition on two occasions due to special larceny, and the record of being sentenced to the suspension of indictment on one occasion, and Defendant B had the record of being sentenced to the suspension of indictment on one occasion due to special larceny and being sentenced to a fine for larceny.

1. On March 18, 2013, Defendant A: (a) committed a theft of the victim’s property solely or jointly with Defendant B on five occasions from the time on May 1, 2013, including the following: (b) at the South-west post office located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 574, 1 physical card owned by the victim D; (c) cash 2,000 won; and (d) on five occasions, from the time to May 1, 2013: (a) the victim’s property was stolen solely or jointly with Defendant B.
2. At around 19:40 on February 6, 2013, at the victim F’s house located in Seocheon-si E building 904, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s property solely or jointly with the Defendant, as shown in the [Attachment Table No. 1 and No. 5] from that time until April 20, 2013, with the victim’s main body, monitor, and connection line located on the table of the living room between the victim and the victim’s outing outing.
[2013 Godan1025] Defendant A, on March 18, 2013, had a mind to use for advertising the theft of D’s debit cards from the “Seoul Seocheon-gu Post Office” located in 574, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, 2013.
1. On March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased tobacco at “H convenience stores located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si G” around 19:30 on March 18, 2013; (b) presented the above debit card; (c) signed the sales slip of KRW 2,700 on that sales slip; and (d) signed it.
