A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On January 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim C’s vacant houses located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, with a total of KRW 330,00,00 in the market price owned by the victim; and (b) stolen the victim C with a total of KRW 330,00,00,000 in the market price owned by the victim.

B. On February 14, 2018, around 00:50, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into the victim E’s vacant houses located in Northern-gu, west-gu, west-gu, west-gu; (b) opened and intruded into the house; and (c) held three windows with a total sum of one million won of the market value of the victim’s ownership installed in the marina warehouse and stolen them.

On February 2, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G, when around 01:0, went into the abandoned house of the victim G located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, and went into the house outside of the house, and then came out with four Aluminium windows with which the market price on the victim’s ownership installed in the living room is unknown.

(d)

On February 2, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, which came into an abandoned house of the victim I located in the Nam-guJ in South-gu, Nam-gu, South-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 2, 2018, and went into force beyond the house, and stolen with three Aluminium entrances equivalent to the total market price of 1.5 million won, which was installed in a warehouse, etc.

2. Larceny of any structure and theft of any structure at night;

A. On March 4, 2018, the Defendant intruded into a structure with a victim L, located in Northern-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-si, and went beyond the said house, and found two boilers owned by the victim at the said place, cut out pipes, and intruded into another person’s structure by an ombudsman.

B. On March 5, 2018, around 00:30, the Defendant: (a) opened the gate of the said victim L’s abandoned house; and (b) cut the pipes to the knife that was prepared.
