1. Special larceny;

A. On February 4, 2018, at around 22:14, the Defendant: (a) removed a crime prevention window from the inner door, and intruded into the inner part of “F” located in Gosung-gun; (b) subsequently, the Defendant: (c) cut off the victim G-owned tobacco amounting to the total market price of KRW 1,078,00,000 in total; (d) 1 even scooves equivalent to the market price of KRW 80,000; and (e) 5,00,000 in total of the market price of KRW 5,00.
