Punishment of the crime

A person who has not registered a tourist accommodation business or tourist-use facility business of any kind specified by Presidential Decree or has not obtained approval for such business plan shall not sell in lots or offer membership for facilities of the tourism business in question.

The Defendant registered three tourist accommodation business (family hotel business) in Jeju City D, E’s ground “Frit 1st (the 4th floor above the ground of the underground 1st floor, the 33th room) and three buildings with “Frit 2nd” on the ground of G, H, I, and J’s ground (the 4th floor above the underground 1st floor, the 33rd room, and the 6th room incidental facilities).
