1. The decision of the first instance against the defendant ordering revocation in excess of the following portions, shall be revoked:

In the first instance trial, the Plaintiff filed a claim for the revocation of administrative dispositions in the Defendant and Jeju market as indicated in the “Indication of Administrative Disposition” in the attached Form, and the court of first instance accepted the Defendant’s claim against the Intervenor for the revocation of the registration of the change in the tourist accommodation business (family hotel) repair, and dismissed or dismissed the remainder of the claim.

In this regard, since only the defendant appealed against the above judgment, the scope of the judgment of this court is limited to the claim for cancellation of the above modified registration.

2. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 29, 2007, the intervenor obtained permission for the alteration of the purpose of use from the head of DEup, who was delegated by the Jeju-si market on November 29, 2007, to "multi-household housing (multi-household housing)" in relation to above ground buildings, such as Jeju-si C, and received a disposition of acceptance of the registration of tourist accommodation business (family hotel) from the defendant on March 5, 2008, and thereafter extended the facilities and thereafter, operates tourist accommodation business (family hotel) up to

On February 10, 2011, an intervenor filed an application with the Defendant for approval of the change of a tourism business plan to extend incidental facilities, such as an outdoor performance hall, and the Intervenor newly constructed a new construction with the approval of the use on March 17, 2011, on April 22, 201, with respect to the land (G), Dong, and Dong (I), where the instant outdoor performance hall is installed with the size of 117.46 square meters (the aggregate of 26.46 square meters and 91 square meters for mobile outdoor performance hall; hereinafter “instant outdoor performance hall”) located in the Emb (F), including the Emb (H) Dong, where the said outdoor performance hall is installed.

C. On July 4, 2011, the Intervenor issued a modified registration of tourist accommodation business (family hotel business) to the effect that the instant outdoor performance halls, general restaurants, retail stores, and ancillary facilities of information stations are extended from the Defendant’s existing tourist accommodation business (family hotel) facilities.
