1. Of the instant lawsuit, each of the dispositions listed in No. 1 through No. 11 of the annexed Table 1, which the Defendants committed against B Co., Ltd.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. A. On November 14, 2003, B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”) obtained a building permit for multi-household housing with respect to Jeju City, etc., and on November 16, 2007, Defendant Jeju Mayor filed an application for permission to change the purpose of use from “multi-family housing (multi-household housing)” to “a lodging facility (family hotel)” with respect to three Dongs with Defendant Jeju Mayor, and obtained permission for change of use from the head of D Eup who was delegated by Defendant Jeju City Mayor on the 29th of the same month.

On the other hand, on November 16, 2007, B obtained approval of the business plan of tourist accommodation business (family hotel) with respect to the above three Dongs from the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Governor, and on February 19, 2008, Defendant Do Governor applied for registration of tourist accommodation business (family hotel) with respect to the above three Dongs facilities (family hotel) with the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Governor. Defendant Do Governor accepted the above registration on March 5, 2008 after deliberation by the Deliberation Committee on Registration of Tourist Accommodation Business and Tourist-Use Facility Business.

B. On November 13, 2008, Defendant Jeju Mayor applied for permission to change the purpose of use from “multi-family housing (multi-household housing)” to “multi-family housing (family hotel)” to “multi-family housing” in relation to five Dongs, and obtained permission to change the purpose of use from the head of D Eup on the 26th day of the same month, and obtained approval for use from the head of D Eup on February 18, 2009.

B obtained approval from the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Governor on November 4, 2008 on a tourist accommodation business (family hotel) business plan regarding the five above five Dongs, on March 11, 2009, Defendant 2 filed an application with the Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province for registration (family hotel) of tourist accommodation business (family hotel) with the above five Dongs facilities. The Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province accepted the above registration on March 17, 2009 after deliberation by the above Deliberation Committee.

C. On September 22, 2009 and September 23, 2009, E accepted the business license of food service establishments (F) and the business report of singing practice room businesses with respect to the places of business set up in the building set out in the foregoing paragraph from Defendant Jeju Mayor on September 23, 2009, and B was the Governor of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province on November 26, 2009.
