A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around September 21, 2018, the Defendant was driving a F rocketing car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.09% without obtaining a driver’s license from the Do in front of the hospital C in Mayang-si B from around September 21, 2018 to the roads in front of the store in D in the same city at the same time.
2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), and received a demand from police officers G of the Mineyang Police Station G to produce a driver’s license, and the Defendant’s pro-friendly I resident registration number was used unlawfully by denying another person’s resident registration number.
3. Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising a certificate of fact, forged a report on the circumstantial statement of the host driver in the name of I, which is a private document concerning the certification of fact, and exercised it.
4.
